How your documents are handled
- Your files are stored per workspace. Row-level security in the database means one customer's documents cannot be read by another customer's session, and the isolation tests prove it.
- Text from your documents is sent to DeepSeek to be read. It is not used to train models under the provider's API terms, and no other third party receives it.
- Nothing is written to your accounting system until a named person in your workspace approves it. Every approval records who decided and when.
- Documents are deleted after your workspace's retention period. Deleting a workspace deletes its documents.
- This is a demonstration workspace with synthetic documents created for it. It holds no real customer data.
Invoice Agent
Upload a supplier bill or receipt. The agent reads it and prepares a draft. Nothing is written to your accounting system until you approve it.
Reporting
A period summary from your accounting data, with the gaps it found stated plainly.
